Meet Our Team
Devon Sutherland - Owner/Attorney
Devon received a M.S. in Chemistry in 1994 from Tennessee Technological University and a J.D. from Nashville School of Law in 1999. He has been a practicing Attorney since 1999, with his current office located in Gallatin, TN. He opened his practice and Highland Title in 2003 in Sumner County. Devon is married to his wife, Edie, and they have two children, Garrett and Emily. He is an avid outdoorsman with interest in hunting, fishing and just about any other outdoor activity.
Brenda Huntsman - Closing Agent/Paralegal
Brenda began her career in the title and escrow business in 2002. She received her Paralegal degree from Volunteer State Community College in 2007 and graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University in May of 2019 with a Bachelors in Management and Human Relations. She has two sons, Michael and Steven. She enjoys reading, hiking and Alabama football.
